Day 1 > Arrive Adelaide. Meet and greet at airport.

Day 2 > Fly to opal-mining outback town of Coober Pedy. Accommodation: Desert Cave Hotel (underground). Lunch and briefing, followed by drills, team-building tests and competitions. Dinner at leisure.

Day 3 > Preparations for "emergency retrieval" in the desert, working with purported RAAF training sections. Four teams each required to meet "critically important" objectives. Participants wearing fatigues carry heavy backpacks, water and army issue RATpacks. The mission: navigation to specific locations, tasks as required. Tasks are extremely difficult and challenging, but closely monitored. Night accommodation: swags (sleeping bags) in the open.

Day 4 > Continuation of exercise and arrival at destination. Silver service lunch. Afternoon: massages, spa baths; early dinner at leisure. Evening rendezvous leads to an unanticipated adventure. Teams dropped in the desert and "abandoned", simulating genuine crisis situation. Retrieval involves role play with  Australian theme and surprise stop and "rescue" by transcontinental world famous Ghan passenger train. Dinner on board. Accommodation in first-class cabins.

Day 5 > Late wake-up, breakfast and debriefing. Arrival into Adelaide. Five-star farewell dinner with humorous informal debriefing/awards. Overnight accommodation at Hyatt Regency Adelaide.

Day 6 > International departure.

Overnight accommodation underground. Coober Pedy, the home of the Australian opal and an offbeat, challenging destination. Serendipity: By coincidence, airforce maneuvres nearby added weight to the

Day 1 > Arrive Adelaide. Accommodation: Hyatt Regency Adelaide. Lunch on the Torrens River followed by "Inaugral Dragonboat Classic" (icebreaker event where all particpate). Dinner at Old Adelaide Gaol features a mock prison life theme, form gaol uniforms to "forcible removal" to the venue, yard exercises, dinner siren, prison humour and entertainment.

Day 2 > Walk up the cultural boulevard, North Terrace to brunch in the Art Gallery os South Australia hosted by "Henry Ayers", an Adelaide historical figure who entertains his guests in grand style with music, variety acts and participatory fun (a chance to paint your "masterpiece"). In the afternoon, touring and premium tastings at Magill Estate, famous for Grange wines. Then to the Barossa Valley and behind-the-scenes tour of Lindsay Park stud farm, where many Melbourne Cup winners have been trained. A rodeo event follows, complete with country and western music. After BBQ return to Adelaide: evening at leisure.

Day 3 > Terrace breakfast. Bus to McLaren Vale wine district wine district for leisurely cycle touring "Tour Down Under" with optional competitions (bicycles and outfit provided). Followed by chardonnay, petanque and a long lunch at a local winery. Departure.
